Vitalie is an Equity Analyst responsible for the Emerging Markets regions of Taiwan, Korea and CEEMEA, as well as coverage of the information technology, communication services, health care and financial sectors.

Vitalie joined Global Alpha in January 2020 as an Intern Equity Analyst, Global Small Cap. Previously, he worked as an Accountant with La Canadienne. Vitalie began his financial career in Moldova as a Branch Manager and later Head of SME Section, Network Department, for CB Mobiasbanca-Groupe Société Générale, and prior to that he held a position as a Loan Officer and Credit Coordinator with CB ProCredit Bank.

Vitalie earned a Bachelor of Commerce, Honors in Finance, Minor in Data Intelligence with the Great Distinction and Finance Medal from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, and has passed Level I of the CFA exam.

Vitalie enjoys spending time with his son, listening to markets and technology related podcasts, playing and watching basketball and soccer.
