Fred is the Senior Operations Manager at Global Alpha, responsible for optimizing investment operations.

Before joining the firm in 2023, Fred worked in a variety of roles and departments at Hexavest Inc. and Desjardins Group, from senior analyst in the middle office, trading, compliance and the back office, to the CIO’s office where he facilitated relationships with various operations teams. Previous to that, he was Manager of Investment Data Analytics at CC&L Financial Group.

Fred obtained his Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Logistics of Transportation from the Saunder School of Business (UBC) and is a CFA charterholder. He enjoys golf and downhill skiing and hopes his kids will follow in his footsteps.
