Alex is an Equity Analyst at Global Alpha, responsible for Europe, as well as coverage of communication services, information technology, and Real Estate. Alex was previously a Senior Operations Analyst at the firm.

Before joining Global Alpha in 2018, Alex previously worked as an associate at Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital and as an equity and option discount broker at TD Waterhouse’s Direct Investing. He also spent some time working as a research assistant at Concordia University, focusing on the political integration of immigrants and political socialization across ethnic groups.

Alex obtained his BA with distinction from Concordia University in 2013, and his Masters of Science in Economics from Université de Montréal in 2014, and is a Level III candidate in the CFA Program. A man of many contradictions, Alex is a musicophile who enjoys playing guitar and piano, traveling to attend rock concerts or listening to heavy metal music while reading about eclectic topics.
