Samuel is a Product Specialist, responsible for maintaining and growing Global Alpha’s relationships with institutional investors, including pension plans (public and private), family offices, foundations and endowments.

Samuel has over five years of experience servicing institutional clients and consultants globally. Prior to joining Global Alpha in 2024, he was an Associate and Institutional Client Portfolio Manager at TD Asset Management, acting as a client-facing product specialist for the firm’s fundamental and quantitative equity strategies. Samuel began his career at Desjardins Global Asset Management, where he was involved in the selection and oversight of external managers, using these strategies to develop and build the firm’s retail portfolio solutions.

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Business Analytics. He is a CFA charterholder and has also completed the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing. Samuel is currently pursuing an MBA at Université Laval in Social and Environmental Responsibility of Organizations.

In his spare time, Samuel enjoys playing hockey, cycling and downhill skiing. He also loves travelling, so if you bump into him, don’t hesitate to ask him about his adventures across the globe!
